VMWare Workstation VM hangs at black screen at reboot

When you run a VMWare Workstation VM from a removable disk the chance is that when you shutdown this VM it’s shows a black screen for several minutes.
To shut down the machine immidiately, add these lines of code at the bottom of the VMX file of the VM:

prefvmx.minVmMemPct = “100”
mainMem.useNamedFile = “FALSE”
mainMem.partialLazySave = “FALSE”
mainMem.partialLazyRestore = “FALSE”

Can’t get the solution to work? Contact me and let me do the trick.
