Microsoft UE-V – Part 1 Installation

With Microsoft User Experience Virtualization ( UE-V ) a user can log into a different system get a consistent Windows desktop. Windows and application settings will be the same no matter what system the user logs into.

Installing the Microsoft User Experience Virtualization Agent

Let’s start by installing UE-V Agent on Windows 7:

Installing the Microsoft User Experience Virtualization Generator

After the Agent is installed we need to install the Generator to create configuration files where information is stored what to save when a user makes a change:

In the next blog we are going to create the UE-V configuration files!
