Well you – Ralph Jansen are a champion. That fixed my server and XenDesktop 7.1 Director web console is now working. Thankyou for posting this information.

  2. Jim Trikkais says:

This maybe a stupid question, should I be logging into AD or some other server?

Thanks for the post! I noticed this issue after upgrading from 7.5 to 7.6. Changing the value from the FQDN to just the hostname fixed it.

Faced the same issue on one server after XenApp 7.5 to 7.6 upgrade.
    Changing to FQDN helped indeed.
However it turned out the the server was running short of memory, too.
Adding more RAM solved the problem even after going back to the default setting (localhost)

  5. MarcR says:

Thanks a lot. That fixed my Director issue as well. Running XenDesktop 7.6. Had the problem on one of my controllers after I upgraded it from 7.5 to 7.6

Had the same issue and your solution fixed my issue.

All started when I upgraded to 7.6 just like the others.

    Thanks again.
