Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 Compliance Management Cookbook review

Begin June I had the pleasure to do a review of the book Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 Compliance Management Cookbook.

Andreas Baumgarten, Ronnie Isherwood and Susan Roesner have written a great book about compliancy in combination with SCCM 2012 R2.

The book really covers all the steps from the basics down to the technical implementation. It contains lots of How-to-do-it, including screenshots, and the tips and tricks were very useful and gave me a lot of hints and new ideas.

I am more focussed on the Enterprise IT environments but for Small Businesses this book covers it all. Especially chapter 9 about Reporting on Compliance with System Center 2012 was usefull because it explains how-to view the company’s current compliance status.

This is the book to have on your shelfs when you need to know more about compliancy and System Center.

In short, it is a good purchase, it is very complete and should help to easily implement compliancy in every type of organization.
